Jessica was wonderful to work with! If I could give her 10 stars for communication I would. She over-communicated always, answered texts late at night and early in the morning (while planning her wedding that was a week after our closing), and fought for what we wanted with the seller. It almost felt like once she sealed the deal, she didn t feel obligated to assist us further. Texts and e-mails would go unanswered or would get responses days later, and I have chosen to not reach out anymore at this point because I received the message loud and clear. I will seek help elsewhere in the future.
