We met Jessica when we purchased our home back in 2018 and again when we sold that same home in 2024. During those 6 years, she kept in touch with us about our home and family which I thought was very generous. Jessica and team go above and beyond to make the buying process as smooth as possible. Whenever my wife and I were unsure about certain things during the buying process, she would take the time to walk us through whatever it might be to make sure we were as comfortable as possible when making our first home purchase.

We used Jessica as our realtor to sell our first home and purchase our second. I was nervous about timing the sale and purchase because we needed the equity from our first home to use as a down payment for our second home. Jessica made the whole process run so smoothly and eased every worry I had! She came to my house and spent two hours with me going over comps in our neighborhood, explaining where to move furniture and how to stage everything to make sure our house looked amazing. She helped us price the house fairly, and before we went on the market, she had a cleaning team come scrub the house spotless and a landscaper fix up our yard. We had an open house the first weekend with a ton of interest, and an offer in 3 days.

When we started looking at new houses, Jessica had a vacation planned and she made she she connected us with Lucy so we had a trusted realtor with us while she was gone! Jessica is the sweetest person, but make no mistake, she is a master negotiator! We closed on our house with an offer over asking price, and she talked down the price on our new house $20k with additional seller concessions toward repairs.

I know a lot of people who have had negative (or even neutral) experiences with realtors in the past, and I’m not exaggerating when I say NO ONE tops the level of service, knowledge, and genuine care that Jessica & her team provide.
