During those 6 years, she kept in touch with us about our home and family which I thought was very generous. Jessica assisted us in finding a “unicorn” of a house. This is patience on a legendary level. We were considering two possibilities:
- investment property (live 2 yrs and rent); almost anything was an option
- family home with downstairs living, preferred one bedroom/bath for elderly, garage apartment as we both work from home, inside the loop, and safe in-city location.
